Issues with Intel Graphic Chips

Users have reported issues with running Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc on various notebooks with integrated Intel graphic chips. Incompatibility with these are also stated in the original Rayman 3 manual, but it has been told that the issue doesn't show up using the original CD release [1].

kalirion has posted what could be a solution to the issue and it simply requires one to change the Vertex Processing mode to Software in the settings of the Intel chip. This work-around has been successfully tested on at least 2 Intel Graphic Chips with pleasing results:

However, if changing the settings as detailed above does not do anything to rectify the issue, it is possible that the drivers for your Intel graphics chip is out of date. Go here and run the test. It will then tell you if your graphics card is out of date or if there is a newer driver available for you to use.
