Overview
War has been waged across the kingdom of Myrtana. Orcish hordes have invaded human territory, and for the human King's army to stand against this threat, they will need ever more ore for their arms and armor. Whomever breaks the law in these darkest of times is sentenced to serve in the giant penal colony of Khorinis, mining that much-needed ore.
The whole area - dubbed "the Colony" - is surrounded by a magical barrier: a sphere two-kilometers in diameter sealing the penal colony from the outside world. The barrier can be passed from the outside in, but once inside, no one can escape. Yet the barrier is a double-edged sword, and many of the prisoners have successfully revolted, dividing the Colony into three rival factions. The King, accustomed to his demands for ore being met, has been forced to negotiate with his prisoners.
You are thrown through the barrier into this prison. With your back against the wall, you must survive, form volatile alliances with fellow prisoners, and finally escape. Good luck.
